Baldor DC Servo Motors
Baldor's DC Servo motors provide continuous torques from 1.8 lb-in. to 56 lb-in. These high
performance motors were designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial motion
control. They have a rugged industrial housing and can be supplied with many electrical and
mechanical options. These DC motors are ideal for applications such as machine tool,
robotics, factory automation, packaging, laboratory, and medical equipment.

Baldor AC Brushless Servo Motors - N-Series
The BSM N-series provide applications with low inertia to attain the highest
acceleration capability allowing them to position faster and obtain the highest machine throughput. The N series
provides continuous stall torques ranging from 4 lb-in. (0.4 Nm) to 354 lb-in. (40 Nm). Peak torques are typically 4
times continuous. This series has the lowest inertia to provide the maximum torque package size. |
 |
|
Baldor AC Brushless Servo Motors - C-Series
The BSM C-Series has as standard, a "higher" inertia - thus
providing an excellent match for equipment requiring "higher" inertial matching for the machine. This series provides
continuous stall capacity ranging from 10 lb-in. (1.2 Nm) to 256 lb-in. (30 Nm). Peak torques are typically three
time continuous. Baldor's BSM C-series provides 50% more torque in a smaller size (2 inches/50 mm) compared to
previous Baldor motors. The C-series provides an economical package best used in applications with higher load
inertias. |

Baldor SCR Motors
Baldor produces a wide variety of SCR-rated permanent magnet
DC motors including explosion proof for hazardous conditions, and washdown enclosures for food processing, through 5
horsepower.
Baldor SCR Controls
Baldor offers a wide range of SCR controls to meet most
applications. When you specify a Baldor SCR control along with your DC motor, you are assured of Matched
Performance™, meaning Baldor knows what type of performance you will get with the combination of their motor and
control. |

Baldor
Linear Motors & Stages
Linear motors provide unique speed and positioning performance
advantages. They also provide direct-coupled motion and eliminate mechanical transmission devices. Baldor
linear motion products are used in successful applications worldwide. |

|
|
Baldor MintDrive-II
One of Baldor's versatile intelligent drives with integrated
motion controller. On board digital and analog I/O can be used to control many parts of the machine. MintDrive-II
provides control of both rotary and linear motors. The onboard master encoder input can be used for synchronizing
applications, including gearing, software cams and flying shears. MintDrive-II is available in single phase from 2.5
A to 7.5 A and three phase from 2.5 A to 27.5 A. |
 |
|
Baldor FlexDrive-II
FlexDrive-II is a flexible servo drive for the control of both
rotary servo motors and linear motors. FlexDrive-II can accept the industry standard ± 10 V analog input, pulse and
direction for stepper replacement applications, or electronic handwheel for simple gearing.
Baldor Flex+Drive-II
Flex+Drive-II extends the capability of FlexDrive-II with the
ability to perform point-to-point moves, initiated from the onboard I/O. Further flexibility is provided with its
onboard Mint programming capability. |

Baldor MicroFlex e100
MicroFlex e100 integrates the advanced capabilities of
real-time ETHERNET Powerlink to provide superior performance, network integration and cost savings. MicroFlex e100 is
compatible with the NextMove e100 motion controller to provide a fully integrated solution using real-time Ethernet.
MicroFlex e100 is a compact servo drive, available in single phase from 110-230 VAC or 3 phase 230 VAC operation in
current ratings of 3, 6 and 9 A. It provides high performance servo control for both rotary and linear brushless
motors with its powerful DSP (Digital Signal Processor) core. |
 |
|
Baldor MicroFlex
Baldor's MicroFlex is a compact brushless servo control
capable of powering either rotary or linear motors. Input command may be the industry standard ±10 VDC (velocity or
torque), or pulse and direction (solutions for stepper upgrade packages). Feedback is software programmable,
accepting encoder, SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) or Halls sensors. Available in single phase from 110-230 VAC or
3 phase 230 VAC operation in current ratings of 3, 6 and 9 amps. Intuitive front end Windows software provides full
auto-tuning capabilities. |

|
Baldor NextMove e100
The NextMove e100 builds on the proven NextMove controller
family of products and now integrates management of real-time Ethernet networks using the industry standard protocol
ETHERNET Powerlink. Drives, I/O devices, sensors, and absolute encoders can be added to the Powerlink network and
controlled from the Mint programming language. This greatly simplifies system design and installation, and
simultaneously expands the capabilities of the NextMove e100 as a machine control platform. |

Baldor NextMove ESB With it's high speed DSP (Digital Signal Processor) core, NextMove ESB
provides a cost effective solution for up to 3 axes of servo and 4 axes of stepper control.
The onboard I/O can be expanded through the CANbus port. NextMove ESB is programmable in
multi-tasking MintMT, embedded "C" or through the supplied ActiveX components. It's USB port
provides a fast connection back to the PC. The RS232 port or optional RS-485 can be used to
interface to other equipment. |
